Ireland's Liam Nolan won his first HotelPlanner Tour title at the Abu Dhabi Challenge on 3 October, closing with a five-under-par 65 at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club. He finished 21 under par, four strokes ahead of Finland's Tapio Pulkkanen; Italy's Matteo Cristoni was third on 16 under.\n\nThe result moved Nolan up 31 places to 12th in the Road to Mallorca ranking, inside the tour's top-15 promotion positions. That position is not a confirmed 2027 DP World Tour card: the season continues with the Hainan Open from 8 to 11 October, followed by the Hangzhou Open and the Grand Final in Mallorca.
