An international religious studies conference in Padua, Italy, concluded on 3 October with seven recommendations covering ethical frameworks for artificial intelligence, academic exchange, translation of specialist research and peer-reviewed publication. The University of Padua confirms the meeting ran on 2–3 October and was organised by Abu Dhabi’s Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities with the universities of Padua and Eastern Piedmont. WAM reported that 34 papers by researchers of 15 nationalities were selected after review of more than 700 proposals. The proposed publication of selected papers in a Scopus-indexed journal remains subject to that journal’s review process.
