Global Food Week is scheduled for 6–8 October 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Organisers say the edition is expected to bring together 2,580 exhibitors, buyers, investors and other participants from 92 countries for exhibitions, industry discussions and business-matching sessions. A second Global Food Security Summit is planned alongside the exhibition, with speakers from 30 countries. The programme is set to cover eight sectors across the food value chain, including a new animal-feed sector, an Abu Dhabi Honey Symposium and the returning AgriTech Forum. Organiser figures indicate that 33 percent of exhibitors and brands are international and 22 percent are small or medium-sized businesses. These are organiser-announced plans and participation figures before the event, not final attendance totals or completed outcomes. A 2 October update adds the first Shop at the Show, a direct-to-consumer retail zone where visitors can buy food, beverages, honey, dates and agricultural products from local and international brands. Official visitor information places the zone in Halls 10 through ICC 1 and 2; the event remains scheduled for 6–8 October from 9:00am to 6:00pm. These are announced arrangements before opening.
